After a storing sold out headline show at Brixton’s Plan B earlier this month, 2015’s most exciting prospect Years & Years are pleased to announce details of a full headline tour for next year which see them vista al the major UK cities and appearing at London’s Heaven on March 5th.
Getting its first play from Zane Lowe last week, the new single ‘Desire’ is Years & Years’ freshest and boldest statement to date. A track born out of the 90s, but with a modern dance and vocal twist, ‘the song picks up perfectly from where previous single ‘Take Shelter’ left off and sees Years & Years steps things up a gear with an anthemic chorus and finds the trio at their most impressive yet.
Over the summer, Years & Years graced many UK festivals before playing much coveted support slots with SOHN and MØ. They also made their mark internationally before the current support slots on both the Clean Bandit and Sam Smith tours helps them see out 2014.
Writing, co-producing and playing the instruments on all their songs, Years & Years are a truly modern group with a future-minded sensitivity and aesthetic. With exciting tips for next year already being lined up – 2015 already looks set to be theirs for the taking.
