Kerrang! the UK’s biggest selling music weekly magazine have handpicked the most talked about and hotly tipped bands to be added to this year’s 2015’s UK tour line up.
Joining the previously announced headliners Don Broco and main support We Are In The Crowd on the 12 date Kerrang! Tour 2015 will be Bury Tomorrow and Beartooth.
Metalcore’s finest Bury Tomorrow join the tour fresh from completing their own headline tour this month. The Hampshire five piece recently released their third album Runes in May, and saw festival appearances at Download plus tour across Australia as part of the Rise Of Brotality Tour. It’s been a whirlwind year for the band who were nominated as best Newcomer at this year’s K! Awards and it looks like 2015 is set to be another sterling one for them. Frontman Dani Winter-Bates said:
"We are beyond stoked to be part of such an awesome tour. We've all grown up seeing the Kerrang! Tour flourish with amazing line ups, so we are honoured to be travelling around smashing those venues as part of 2015's package."
Last but definitely not least to complete 2015’s line up is none other than Ohio’s Beartooth who are currently sitting tight at number one in Kerrang!’s hottest bands in the world list. The hard-core punk rockers known for their frantic and wild live shows are fronted by Caleb Shomo and have just released their debut album ‘Disgusting’ on Red Bull Records.
URThe new Kerrang! 2015 dates follow a sold out 11 date tour earlier this year which featured Limp Bizkit, Crossfaith, Nekrogoblikon and Baby Godzilla. Kerrang! as always have selected the ultimate stellar line up for next year.
Previously announced headliners of the Kerrang! 2015 tour are Don Broco who are billed as the bright, brute new force in British rock have numerous sold out UK tours under their belt including a sold out show at London’s Roundhouse, been crowned Best New Rock Act by iTunes, played the main stage at Reading & Leeds, received a prestigious Kerrang! Award nomination and topped the rock charts with their debut album, topped the rock charts with their debut album and recently had top 40 success with their single ‘You Wanna Know’. Not too bad for the quartet who played on the BBC Introducing Stage at Reading and Leeds just 3 years ago. Don Broco’s rise is hardly surprising as fans and critics alike have embraced their hook laden rock tunes with wide open arms.
Main support for the tour are Poughkeepsie, NY quintet We Are The In Crowd consisting of lead vocalist Tay Jardine, vocalist/guitarist Jordan Eckes, guitarist Cameron Hurley, bassist Mike Ferri and drummer Rob Chianelli have also had a whirlwind rise since forming in 2009. The band released their debut EP, 'Guaranteed To Disagree', in 2010, debut full-length, 'Best Intentions', in 2011, before the release of current album, 'Weird Kids', earlier this year saw the band shake off their "new kids on the pop-punk block" tag and become real contenders in their own right. This will be We Are The In Crowd first UK shows since their Slam Dunk festival appearances earlier this year.
